Yesterday I’ve Tried to run in the evening after work. Very tired and was with my daughter .
Unfortunately I couldn’t run for the full 25 minutes.
Should I do it again today on my rest day?

No, have your rest day, then try again, make sure you're properly hydrated and take it slow and steady, when it starts to feel really tough then slow it down even more, going down to near running on the spot if need be..
No... my advice, like that of davelinks , is, rest up maybe and head out the day after...you and the run will have a much better time
