Wk 8 run 1 completed!

Tough going but I ran for 28 minutes none stop and the buzz I feel is amazing! Still very, very slow! Covered 3.7k in 28 minutes. Any tips on how to improve the pace or will this just come with continued practise? Thanks xx

Don’t bother about time, pace or distance ! The only thing to do is to finish each session

Slow running builds legs, as do your rest days You have to get stronger before you can get faster. You will though but it takes time. Keep plugging away and you’ll do it 😃👍 💪

Keep going your doing great. I’ve same issues. I’m Week 9 Run 2. I only run 3k but run a full 30 minutes. Your doing it. That’s all that matters.
