Back for round 2 😊

I started couch to 5k around this time last year. Got to the end of week 6 (although it took me 12 weeks to get there) then it got dark and cold and motivation left me! But now Zumba classes are finished for the summer, I thought I'd give it another go. I started with w1r3 this morning and it was ok. So thought I would go straight to r3 for each week until I get to week 6. Is that a bad idea? Any top tips from the experts? Promised my 14 yr old son that i will defintely do a park run with him before xmas!

Welcome back... If I was you, I would work through the weeks.. all good building up, after a while away...You know what is coming and there is nor pressure..then when you reach Week 6 you will have given those running legs chance to get going again!

Your stamina has to build up again as well as the legs, so all good practice... you will do that Park run then with no trouble :)

Looking forward to your posts;)
