I’ve just been away for a week and, done no exercise, bar a little swimming. I had just completed W3R3. Where do I start when I get back tomorrow?

You shouldn't lose the fitness you've gained after just one week. I personally would move to W4R1. If that goes fine, then onwards and upwards. If I couldn't manage, then I would return to W3R3. If I couldn't manage that, I'd start W3 all over again. However, I very much doubt that this would be the case.

Where you left off, don't go backwards, I mean run in a forwardly direction not to run backwards...😁
