Not sure really- graduated & then lost my way & my motivation. I’m still running but really not feeling it & not really sure where to go from here. I go to France next Friday & will hopefully feel better when I come back!

This heat is a killer and although I adore my running some days I can't be bothered so I think what you're feeling is fairly usual. Cooler weather will make a huge difference so don't worry about it, the love will all come back again.

And I hope you're planning to run in France. Running somewhere different is always fabulous. Enjoy yourself and post photos 🙂

Aww. Thank you. I’m not planning on running in France - partly because I’m on holiday & I’m gonna flipping enjoy it! But mainly because I can’t run outside in hot weather & it’s gonna be abt 30 degrees and I am definitely not getting up early - I’m on holiday for goodness sake! Did I mention I’m on holiday? 😂. Hope all is going OK with you.
