Completed W7R3 this morning, not too bad if a little warm, was later starting as I had to get my haircut first, but I was more aerodynamic.🚀🚀

Off on holiday now, a cruise, so week 8 will be run on treadmill, which will be different, but not going to stop, I'm on a mission!⛴⛴

No, running track on the deck of the ship, plus it will be too hot in the ports, so needs must.

Like you, I’m on hols as of Monday, and I intend to carry on running whilst away too. No treadmills for me though.

Go smash W8 and then start preparing for graduation week!
