Hi I’m just wondering how far people are going when they are doing the 28 minutes run? Last week in 15 mins I ran dead on 2 miles yet on Monday running the extra 3 minutes I had only travelled a further .04 of a mile. Am I not running at the correct pace or is it something that will happen gradually as I increase my fitness level
