I did the first 3 weeks all in the 3 weeks and really enjoyed far more than I thought- but for some reason I can’t seem to motivate myself to get out and start W4. Can anyone give me some PMA or a kick up the backside please?

Why did you start the programme? There must have been a reason - so remind yourself what the reason was and get back out there 😀

You could try the “don’t think, just go” approach. Plan your running days for the week and then ( unless you are ill) leap into your gear and go without debating with yourself. I find it helpful to have all my gear in one drawer & shoes near the door for rapid exit. 😄
