Just finished run 2! It’s so hot but once I’ve done it it feels so great to actually do something productive. Run 2 was surprisingly easier just a day after run 1! Also been having some aching joints but after running they feel better, but still need a few tips on how to avoid knee pain. And also blisters already on my ankles I’ve put plasters on and they were fine but does anyone know if there’s a quick way to heal them?

Well done! The runs really do get easier as you work through the programme. Can’t help with the blisters, but I also have dodgy knees, and I just try to be as light on my feet as I possibly can while I’m running. Try to make your feet touchdown as softly as possible with each stride. Good luck!
