Feeling such a huge sense of achievement this morning. It was quite overcast, cool with a light breeze in Lincolnshire so went out at 7.30. 5.1k in total, 5k in 35.05 and 4 personal records on Strava. I don’t know how it’s happened but this programme is just fantastic as is the community around it. All of you at the same point, let’s graduate together at the end of next week!
