I was doing so well had a bsd run due to my hen night and then got married went away and its been too hot. So I have a day off today and want to run. So do I stsrt bsck a bit or try the Wk 7 R 1 again. ? Any advice would be gratefully received

I'd break yourself in gently and you need that buzz that you get from success to help you carry on so maybe go back a bit. Go back to the last one that you thought was easy (not week one, lol) and take it from there. You may go straight back to week 7 from that run or you may not....but you'll be less likely to give up completely.

Now...just head out for a little jogette..just start where you left off....Head out, steady and slow... relax and let the legs take you. They know what to do and if you just take it gently... your body will soon tell you if it feels okay.
