i keep seeing people talk about graduation runs but dont see it on my program? or is it w9 runs? thanks in advance

Yes, in order to graduate you need to run all 3 runs in week 9. Basically it's running for 30 minutes non stop. You don't need to run it fast, you just need to do it, whether you run like a greyhound or a plodder it doesn't matter.

The program is called 'Couch 2 5 K'. Despite the name you don't need to run 5K. If you can run 5K in 30 minutes then that's fantastic, but not in any way necessary.

Would just like to add - less than 10% graduate in 9 weeks/with 5k. We did a survey here last year ☺ As always, take it slow and steady and soon you too will have "Graduate" after your name.

People probably mean their week 9 run 3, ie the last in our programme :)

Lots refer to graduate runs as well, ie whatever runs you do after you graduate and you keep on running :)
