Head up. Shoulders relaxed. Step, step, step. Enjoy it.

You'll find that you adjust and find ways to improve as you go along. I tended to run with my head down which is fine for the shorter runs in the early weeks, but I discovered that I needed to run with my head up so that I could take the much deeper breaths needed to keep going on the longer runs. Don't worry, you'll adapt. If I can do it anyone can.

Yeah, look where you are going. You don't need to look down, there's no icy patches on the ground at the moment.

Enjoy your run, you are doing great and learning with each run too πŸ˜ŽπŸƒπŸ˜ŽπŸƒπŸ˜Ž
