I know a lot of people head over the the B210K schedule, but that's reasonably informal and there's no app for it.
There are a few apps around. The 5K to 10K app that's free on the Apple Store (and I guess on Android too) looks pretty reasonable. I know that Chrisj31 is using it. May be worth asking him...
Hey Ruth, I have been using the Ative 5-10k app which is free. I finished my first week on Sunday but for personal reasons just taking a few days out until I start week 2. Any more questions please ask
Thanks Chrisj31, I've been looking at that app but wasn't sure if the coaches would annoy me too much lol. Did you do a few weeks of 5k runs before starting or did you head straight into 5-10k?
