I wondered if I would have the get-up-and-go today. And it appears I did.
I thought to try the Stepping Stone podcast with Laura as she has been my companion for the last 10 weeks. But sadly this is way over my abilities. I guess if you could run 5K in 30 minutes it is probably OK for pace, but as I can only run 4K in 30 minutes, she may as well have asked me to race Roger Bannister. It also has something she calls music on it.
So I turned all that off, and just ran what I had done on Friday. Pace a bit down, 7.23/Km from 7.18/Km, but that may just be Strava button fumbling and phone-in-pocket-itis.
Aiming to run for 30 minutes of the parkrun on Saturday. I'm listening to all the 'don't go too fast or too far YET' noises.

Sounds like a good plan! And congratulations on that shiny new graduation badge...waiting excitedly for mine today! I’m a bit nervous about trying a Park Run yet, as I’m worried I’ll try to set off too fast with other faster runners around me. 😁❤️🏃♂️🏃♀️
I may delay the Parkrun for a couple of weeks, but I am re-establishing my running days so that I am at least able to run on a Saturday. I can't run on Sunday as my work leaves me like a wet rag as it is (you should try a cassock and brocade vestments in a non-AC church in this weather!)
But yes, we new grads need to run before we can run.....
Sunday sounds like a workout for you anyway! I’m also fixing my running days to now make Saturdays an option. I’d like to try Parkruns at some point. Just think I might need blinkers to start with...😂
Reading other posts about the stepping stone podcast makes it sound rather scary. You know your own limits and what you are happy with and if that means continuing with 30 minutes running for the time being, or perhaps going to 5km regardless of time taken, then that sounds sensible (probably because that’s my plan too!) ☺️
