Very pleased with myself...have to admit when I saw the jump up to 3 minutes running I was worried and even considered repeating week 2 but I did it!!! And I even enjoyed it...almost. ☺

Hi Ab36, I've been trying to get some brisk walks in before moving back to running. Unfortunately, mum passed away a week ago today and I've lost momentum. I'm determined to get fit and healthy, as I now have a family history of at least 2 generations of diabetes and cancer so I've got to do better and find a way around this pattern of disease. Well done on your progress, I hope to be following you soon. J
Aw that's a shame, try and keep going though it will help you through. I have promised my 10 year old son I will join him on some runs to raise money for charity, cant let him down. Have just done my w3r2 and it was ok. Keep running👍
It was great! I was super slow and making an effort to relax uptight limbs and it really worked. Only swearing due to stitch during the last 20 second push of the last run! Could have jumped for joy! Amazing!
