Hi all I’m so excited only 2 runs left to graduation now I’m not hitting 5k (4K) but hopefully that will come & I’m refusing to best myself up for being slow now (which I was) I want to keep going so I downloaded A 5-10K app (don’t say I’m not ambitious) it starts at week 10 with 4 x 1min walks between 4 x 10 minute runs does this sound about right? Anyone tried any of these ? Thanks in advance x

Well Done- nearly there. The advice is to consolidate for 3 weeks before moving on to another programme. Don’t worry you will be sent links to new things on graduation. Enjoy your next 2 runs 🏃‍♀️☀️

Remember despite the catchy name the real objective is to run for 30 minutes three times a week. They say only 10% of people do as much as 5k in that 30 minutes by the end of week 9.

Well done with the (whatever you call the one before penultimate) run of the programme.

Enjoy the final two runs and be prepared for an enormous buzz after the final one.
