Well done Gazloc, when I ran for 28 minutes three times I was a bit tempted to go on for the full 30 minutes but I stopped at 28 minutes, not long now before your third 30-minute graduation run.

Well done. I've just come in from my W8 R2 too. I can't quite believe that I've managed to get to 28 continous minutes running (or in my case slow jogging and heavy breathing!) Keep up the great work. Graduation here we come!

I can do a run at break times. It's idea as you can get a shower at most motorway service stations. Idea in this weather.
