I've got one more W3 run to do. Surprisingly, for an astoundingly overweight person, I have found W3 challenging but do-able. I go RIDICULOUSLY slow. So, so bloody slow. π
I won't repeat week 3, like I repeated week 2. But I'm now terrified of what W4 has in store.

Slow down, slow down, slow down and then slow down some more. If you're aware of your breathing then you're working too hard. W4 seems to be a bit of a toughie for a lot of us atm. But we are going to blow it out of the water π
