I've just repeated a run from week 2. I might move up to wk 3 on Wednesday. What's entailed?

Also. I'm still incredibly slow and my calves hurt like hell after the first run πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Any tips for helping calves????

Thank you.

The more you do it the better you get it doesnt matter how slow you are your pace will up itself when its good and ready to and when you find the running getting easier iv just done w3d2 and im amazed i can jog for 3 minutes if you had seen me after w1d1 and 2 i you would never have thought it manageble but stick with it you will get there i also found in my 1st runs i dont think i was planting my feet proper but like that the more you do the better you get at it stick with it

Slow, steady and stretch... warn up well before the runs and stretch well afterwards..

Slow is good - don't worry - and your calves will get used to it (honestly) - in the meantime warm up well, warm down (that five minute walk is there for a reason) and gently str-e-e-e-tch your calves afterwards.
