I was told about this app through a friend who saw me attempting to run. My eyes were watering, I was out of breath and I had literally only just run round the corner. I told her that I couldn’t run and she told me about the couch to 5k app. It’s amazing! So simple and obvious to break it up into doable chunks . Really pleased to follow a straightforward programme and I think I can do it...

You can do it. Trust the program and take it slowly.
Yes you can it is easy to follow. Don't forget stretches before and after.
