Me 1 - lazy brain 0

Yes I did W1R2 despite getting back at 8pm and 1 1/2 hours daily commute and I am jolly proud of not giving into the little voice that said "sit down- do it tomorrow". And I feel goooood. I know it pathetic to be this pleased, but honestly IF you'd heard the excuses my brain had fabricated for not going πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Well done. I hope I manage to do run 3 of week 2 tomorrow....I did find the 90 second runs hard on the third time...we have to keep going πŸ˜†

Not pathetic at all, we are out doing it and that is something to be proud and feel good about. Those little voices are a pain in the backside but can be beaten into submission with action :) Keep enjoying and posting.

Well done for not giving in to the voices! The longer I leave it between runs the less enthusiastic I am about going.
