A shoelace, a stitch and an emergency stop!

Did W7R1 today on treadmill because of high winds. Had to pause for 30 secs to retie a shoelace. Got a stitch at 10 mins in so picked up water bottle for a quick glug and knocked it against emergency stop button so had to reset machine from scratch! Added on 3 mins running to compensate but not sure it all counts as running for 25 minutes! Not a great restart to my program! Have to laugh at myself though 🤣😂🤣

Oh dear but at least you laughed .. I wish I could have pressed the emergency stop button outside today, that wind was fierce and silly me chose a route with the wind in my face and running up a hill, its all a learning curve

Totally counts!! Out on the road in the city I have to stop for traffic, interesting birds I want to check out, the rare running into someone I know.

Definitely the same! I run in a protected area and I always stop at least twice to take pictures of my surroundings!
