Omg ๐Ÿ˜ฎ my thighs are really achy. Was ok when I ran this morning ๐Ÿ˜Š but think Iโ€™ve relaxed too much today! Is this normal? ๐Ÿ˜Š

Yes itโ€™s normal. It takes a few weeks for your body and legs to adjust. But they will adjust.

Donโ€™t forget to stretch and always take your rest days.

Your body, mind (and legs๐Ÿ˜‰) will start to change in week 3-4 or at least they did for me.

No problem ๐Ÿ˜Š

Try and incorporate some static stretches straight after your run.

Hereโ€™s the link, I found they helped a lot then the further into the program I got I started doing dynamic stretches before my run as well.

Very normal ๐Ÿ˜

Your muscles are bound to object to anything new thatโ€™s asked if them. Aching is fine. Pain is something different and should be investigated.

The aches will ease off after a few weeks-promise๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

I usually do squats straight after a run and a few mins of aerobic type exercises and stretching. This helps everything ease back. It's the perfect time as you're on a high and filled with energy after a session, keep your music on and use that energy. Doesn't need to be long. I usually do 6 or 7 mins. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜
