I have just completed week 6 run 1 and WOW I’m actually starting to enjoy running 🏃♀️😊 I never thought this would happen, totally surprised myself 😲 hopefully these strange feelings I have started to have will continue through the next few weeks 😂🤞

Same here - ran W6R1 earlier in the week, in the rain, some tech issues (no music for first 10 mins) and it was still enjoyable. Run 2 tonight - weather looking better - hopefully that'll be a third successive 25 min jog under my belt.
