Completed first 25 min run yesterday. I can't believe I ran for this long for the first time at the age of 45. It was hard to keep going yesterday and I have woken up a bit creaky and sore today so know it will be a mental battle to put myself through it again tomorrow.

Thanks! It's not such a big step up from the 20 min run. Just take it slow and you will be fine. You can do it!👍

Well done you. And there’s nothing wrong in taking an extra rest day(s) if you’re struggling a little... In fact, your body will probably say thankyou! Remember, running weeks don’t have to match calendar weeks. Good luck with whatever you decide 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thanks for the advice. I will listen to my body tomorrow.

Take an extra day rest if you need it, a lot of us did that in the later stages. Well done and happy running
