Finished these earlier and left knee giving me a bit of jip again after 4 days rest. I think I've been working out the right side (massage and stretches etc) so much the left has been forgotten. So will do some more stretches this week. Can someone post ones that are not just heel on bum and pulling as I do this. I feel so comfortable after 17 minutes ( my toxic time) thats is a bit sad my knee is doing this as every thing else doing good and I could run for ages once I get to 25 mins. Anyway will rest stretch and see what happens as I don't want to be injured at this stage.xx

Sorry to here you’ve had some knee niggles Michelle2017. You’ve reminded me that I must get the foam roller out tonight as I’m feeling very stiff after my first week 8 Run today. Hope you are fighting fit soon!! X

If there is pain it is time to see a professional, knees need to be looked after. I wouldnt take chances, try a physio for diagnosis and care plan.
If it is more a case if simple aches you could try these:

Thanks its got better since my last run and is more ache than pain so I will try the stretches above. I have quite complex back issues and have been working on my right side so will balance myself up again and see if that helps x
