The C25k will build your legs and lungs in the 27 runs.

Take it slow and steady and read all the FAQ’s Posts.

Any pace thoughts should come after you build your stamina upto the 30 mins.🤔

So after your 9 weeks🤔🌟👏👏

Welcome ... you've come to the right place for advice, support and encouragement.

Do as Tbae says, follow the program to the letter and you'll be running for 30 mins after 9 weeks (possibly 5k, but that would be a bonus).

Slow and steady ... take your rest days ... listen to your body, you'll get there.

That's how I did it and believe me if I did it so can you.

So running shoes on and off you go!

Good luck and happy running!

Thank you :)

Read the faqs, go slow and steady although I’m not entirely sure how that works with a sprint triathlon..

But seriously, take your time, take your rest days and take time to pop in here for advice support and cheering and all those folks counting on you need not fear

Good luck and happy running
