After no running for over 6months restated c25k ... after months of more excuses than humanly possible .. knee niggling , too hot , too cold, too fat , too tired ...have finished week one . Set my day , refused that allow weather as a barrier , and just did it . Chuffed π

Well done, remember that you can always repeat a run if you need to! I map out week by week when and what Iβm running and this keeps me on track (planned up til March 2019!!!)
