Hurrah! W7r2 done!! But does anyone have any advice on feeling full of phlegm in the first 10-15 minutes? It makes breathing difficult, but stops after about 10-15 minutes, and then I feel as if I could go on and on. I warm up and start slowly ( even more slowly than the rest of the time!). Any advice would be much appreciated. I don’t get stitch and my legs don’t get unbearably heavy and I don’t get exhausted, just this initial breathing thing :-((

The runs can set off a load of things, clearing the nose and tubes of all sorts... Just blow the old nose and keep it steady... Unless you have an underlying issue... just keep it slow and maybe some yoga pranayama (yogic breathing) could help ?

Well done on the run :)

Don’t have milk pre run. That’s what does it for me - I found - so no latte etc or milky breakfast cereals

I will stay off the yoghurt! Thankyou:-)) I hadn’t thought of this, but I think it may help:-)
