Just completed Wk1 run 1. Can’t belive I actually did it. I’m really not the excersise type but I’ve signed up to do race for life in the summer and want to give it a really good go. Does anyone have any tips to maintaining motivation?

I found the program itself provided the motivation. Giving you a little extra to do a week Spurs you on to better yourself. Well done with starting c25k, trust the program and believe in yourself, you can do this!!!!
