Wow, I do a lot of walking so didn't think I was that unfit! Used to regularly run two miles, many years ago. Retired 3 years ago from a desk job, now have the time for getting fit, have lost weight now want to build my fitness level and may do half marathon, if I don't break anything. ๐

Well done on completing your first run mazob1, this program really works and will have you running for 30 minutes in a few weeks! Yes๐...
Take the run intervals nice and steady, no sprinting, you are building stamina and the program is designed to be challenging but doable...
Take your rest days, do some stretches after your warm down walk while your muscles are still warm, and Good luck with W1 R2..๐x
