Foot pain - push on, or rest up?

So, I'm really pleased with my progress so far, having just completed W6 without missing or failing any runs, much to my surprise. About to tackle W7 with plenty of positivity and, out of the blue, I'm getting a pain down the inside edge of my left foot. Ironically I don't notice it so much when walking or running , but more so when my foot is rested and I turn or twist it - laying in bed at night being the time I notice it most

I can see the C25k finished line in the distance ahead of me but not sure if I should push on or rest up. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and have any advice?
