Had to get up at daft o'clock to do this, took a different route (for safety) and concentrated on Laura telling me to go easy, not get too tired , or over confident.

Oddly my breathing was easier, and at one point I didn't feel as if I was really moving much, but the buildings passed by so I guess I was!. Then she was telling me I had 60 seconds to go, so I gave her 90.

Checking the stats on return and the whole run kept under 160bpm, but averaged at 8.7 kmph. I feel so pleased, I think I can do this.

13 hour shift ahead now. Good luck to everyone today.

Have good day.. you have had a great start... relax into these longer runs... they are just made for it. Letting the newly forming running legs find their own happy pace.
