Being back in work today my alam went off at 5.45 and was in the gym by 6.30. I thought to myself new week new trainer. So I go and select my new trainer and low and behold Laura is back. I know it sounds silly but she is the best by far. Anyway I made it all the way to end and that was one out the way 2 down. Also I know we are meant to stick to plan but I really feel I could last 30mun running nonstop. So I’m thinking off maybe upping the next to runs to 28 minutes and next week do week 9 but if I fail I will go back to plan

Just stick to the plan.... it makes sense..what you think or feel is not necessarily how it is... Just follow it... enjoy it and after you Graduate, then think about innovation and moving on

Part of the plan is doing as you're told. Honest. If you're new to running your body is still adjusting.
I frequently thought of jumping ahead but wanted to do the whole thing by the book. It paid off. 👍😊
