Wow that was TOUGH!! But I had fair warning, you guys said that it might be a challenge. It was weird, by the time the 5 minute walk down came about my legs felt so stiff and inflexible and proper heavy. I'm glad to report I have recovered now though. Cheers C

Well done Clugg you made it through. I found keeping it slow is the key, plus doing the recommended stretches after.
