Accurate route mapping sites?

I don't have ability to do live gps tracking so I wanted to be able to map a route and get distance before I set out. I have just used 5 different sites, adding the same routes and got 5 different distances, ranging from 1.82 miles to 2.62 km

. Which do you use, or think is most accurate?

google maps is pretty good if the route is on there. I have found it spot on compared to my garmin with little to no difference.

Have you tried measuring a route that you already now the length of and testing it on all 5 sites and seeing which is the closest?

For myself, I find gb.mapometer.com/ plenty accurate

I like this site too. It agrees pretty well with Strava when I go and run the route in real life.
