W9R3 graduate!!

Hi everyone, so glad the snow has melted and we can get back to safe running outdoors. I'm bursting with pride and incredulity that I have completed this fantastic programme and at the age of 51 I can run 5K!! 😁 well done to everyone on their progress, I have to say it's best thing I've done in ages and does wonders for your mood I've found xx

thanks Liz, I felt quite emotional after the first 30 minute run, after the third I was just elated. it wasn't a one off lol. it's nice to share the experience with others doing the same isn't it x

It is. It’s great, I’m so thankful I found this forum at the start of my running journey. The tips and advice are invaluable because I don’t know anyone else who runs 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
