Week 7 run 2 done
Did it on treadmill as usual
But now got c25k runs in with my gym program so now after run I do my gym work out which includes about half hr of working
Legs,arms, stomach,and finish of with 2lots of 1 min plank.
Rest day today !
Feel ok

Well done! Being stronger in your core will deffo help your running πͺππ
Be sure to eat a good diet and try to get plenty of sleep as well
At some point, as your runs get longer, you might need to do your gym stuff on your non-run day so youβre not overdoing it
Good luck with it all Slow and steady. No rush!π

I was doing gym in rest days
But thought if do on same day then I can rest on the days not running
But yes will deffo change if start to struggle
Yes diet very important

You may also like... managed to for 25 mins without stopping 3 times in 6 without collapsing!
Did run 2 week 7 this...
So, today I amped it up, ran farther and faster...carved 2 minutes off my time and went half a...
increasing every run. Next run going back to the flat and try and have a comfortable 25 mins.
So...
( albeit very slow) . So yesterday on week 7 run 1 I did 30 minutes again although only completed...
im off the couch and jogging for 25 mins. Although i did find today really hard as its totally flat...
