Week 7 run 2 done

Did it on treadmill as usual

But now got c25k runs in with my gym program so now after run I do my gym work out which includes about half hr of working

Legs,arms, stomach,and finish of with 2lots of 1 min plank.

Rest day today !

Feel ok

Well done! Being stronger in your core will deffo help your running πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ

Be sure to eat a good diet and try to get plenty of sleep as well

At some point, as your runs get longer, you might need to do your gym stuff on your non-run day so you’re not overdoing it

I was doing gym in rest days

But thought if do on same day then I can rest on the days not running

But yes will deffo change if start to struggle

Yes diet very important
