Hi, if you haven't found the forum search facility:
there's a search facility (if you are browsing on a phone it should be under "more" ) where you can search an individual forum. I just tried "lupus" and found a few results in this forum. I hope you find some help

Are you doing the NHS C25K running programme? If so I would suggest (as someone who has a similar fatiguing condition) that staying out of the gym may be a more successful option.
People do successfully complete the programme (and keep running... which is the point...) using treadmills, and for some it is the only option (and very handy on occasion for others), but the problem with a treadmill is setting a speed and the awareness of pace. Outside you are in total control - you have an understanding of your body the treadmill can't have. The Vitamin D, especially in the Winter is not to be sniffed at either.
There are lots of people here who have a wide variety of fatiguing conditions or who are on drug therapies with fatigue as a side effect. Obviously fatigue is quite a variable thing between individuals and causes but we've made running work for us.
