I’m really hoping we don’t get any more snow today!! Ive been looking forward to W2R1 since Sunday! However I struggle to walk in the snow never mind run, if it was just snow I’d still give it ago, but the ice underneath puts me off !! 😔

It is a pain. I was lucky ours had melted last night. Keep an eye out for early afternoon when the sun has had chance to burn some off.

Fingers crossed you can make it out, if not do extra time with stretches etc. indoors to prepare for when you can. 😊

I had that problem yesterday! I so wanted to do week 2run 3 that I did it round the house!

Don't take any risks, a broken ankle will stop you running for a lot longer ;)

I share your fear. The snow looks lovely, but I’m frightened of injury too. Don’t get disheartened. It took me over 3 months to complete the program, for various reasons, but I got there in the end - and so will you!
