Yayyyyy back to running this last weekend after5 weeks post surgical recovery and really pleased. Week 3 complete. Actually did 5 miles on Sunday with 2 friends and 3 on Saturday. All walk and run but fab thanks to my two friends. 🍾🥂

Congratulations. My own surgery was 5 weeks ago, I've just done one run each from weeks 1 and 2, postponed t week 3 today due to snow, but soon.... feels so good to be back out there doesn't it?
