Wow - graduated after nearly 3 months. What a result and nearly 67 too! Iβm very proud of myself.
It was a cold run this morning, especially going east on the clifftop. However on the return run I was toasty and was sweating when I got home. Weβve no snow βοΈ on the South Coast yet and the view to the Isle of Wight and a calm sea was stunning.
Off on holiday now (forecast not looking too good for Gatwick later this week βοΈ) so hopefully we get away. Not sure if thereβll be a chance to run but Iβll try. I donβt want to lose my fitness and itβll be nice to run in warmer climes.
Now I have to plan the next phase - maybe a parkrun or a 5k for charity. Onwards and upwards.
The support on here has been terrific and I shall continue to post my progress.
