Continuing after a delay of a few weeks

Hi,

I was doing really well and had completed W5R3; however I then had a spot of plantar fasciitis, then the flu, and now it’s a blizzard. So I will be returning to C25K, but probs next week. I have been keeping active, but not running. Do you think I should repeatW5, or continue to W6?

Morning,

I had the same thing had a week off due to illness after completing W5 but managed the first of W6 without any problems.

Good luck maybe give it a go if not you can always go back then.?

I think I would repeat week 5 just to get back into it. But week 6 starts as intervals anyway so see how you feel.

I agree with Millsie-J redo W5R3 and see how you get on. Slowly does it, just build from there. Good luck.

W6 takes you back to intervals so try R1 and see how you get on....
