I was so close on doing the 25 minutes by about 3 minutes. I’m impressed at how many laps of the running track I can do but felt a bit disappointed about not doing the full 25 minutes. I have paced myself but even going a bit slower a struggled towards the end. I am still determined in doing this challenge. I can do this.

How frustrating. But the same mystical forces that got you from one minute to 22 minutes will surely get you to 25 minutes....and then to 30.

Even if you only ever ran for 22 minutes three times a week you would still be doing more than 90% of the population and doing yourself a power of good.

Thanks Mick. I am impressed that I have got off the couch and am running. That in itself was a challenge, but, I am doing it. I will do it!!

I do go at slow steady and pace. Perhaps I am just expecting too much at this point of the programme. I wasn’t far off doing the 25 minutes I just found myself flagging after 20 minutes. I do believe WK7 is nothing but 25 minutes so I can pace myself. 👍
