Evening...

So I know all about the , leave it one day at least in between podcasts, but I was wondering?..

Has anyone any experience of doing two runs in a day? I try to get mine done early, by 9am on the run day and then I sometimes have to wait three or four days till my next chance. I keep wondering , like today for example, if I couldn’t just go for another 20 minute run this evening?

Anyone got similar stories or horror stories to put me off? Just curious

What's the rush? Where are you trying to get to more quickly?

Not sure what level of fitness or what age you are but you would have a much increased risk of injury. Doing it this way might seem faster but is likely to cost you in the long run

I don't think it's worth the risk of injury. Being able to enjoy running around work is better than not running because of injury. 😃
