Did the run - my first ever at night - felt really good at the end. Went into the warm down walk and managed to twist my ankle on an uneven patch of concrete. Lots of pain now - ice applied but I’m already worried that I won’t be able to run for a while.

Remember the RICE thing rest ice compress elevate. I think in afew days time you will be fine. Well done on the first week ..what a bummer though xx

Rest, ice it, but then gentle movements to stop stiffening...hope it heals soon, but do not run on it until it feels easier.
