Today should be W8R1, but I'm scared to attempt it because of back pain. I've been experiencing it recently, mostly when seated or trying to lift something. If I'm concentrating on keeping my back from rounding, it's OK. When I'm running, it's OK. A sudden move and it hurts. Can't go see a doctor right now, and maybe I wouldn't be that much concerned, as I'm familiar with back pain, but now I'm terrified with the thought I may not run again.
Maybe I'll do some nordic walking later in the day.

I’m no doctor but I’d rest that back properly before I went running again. Stretch off properly every morning and wear a back support belt and brufen and go see a doctor. Mind you every doctor I’ve ever seen about my bad back has been useless. Best thing I ever learnt to do was the morning ankles round my neck stretch. I do that every morning before rising and I’ve never had a problem since. Maybe try that? Good luck!
Thanks a lot, I'll try stretches! Sure I'm going to do an MRI first thing on my return home (currently abroad). I'm already afraid of what they'll say about my running...
