Managed to get under the 27 minute mark, 26:49 and finished 160th out of 377!

Worth getting my new running shoes muddy!!!!

Well done. Apparently park runs can be quicker in the summer when it is less boggy so this is just a start. What was your adjusted % for age? did you use an app so that you have your split times.

My % was 52.08. I use a tom Tom watch but it wasn’t behaving so don’t know splits, felt I sped up towards the end!

I certainly sped up and there is evidence! My Mrs has video of me sprinting past another runner at the finish. The only issue is that you can see a dog and a 10 year old still ahead of me! I still can't quite believe that 8 weeks ago I could only just do the 1 minute run.
