Life after C25K

I graduated over a month ago now and I have begun my half marathon training. Last Thursday I even managed 6.55 miles (over 10k) in 1h10m and felt really good at the end. I am amazed how far I’ve come, remembering some of the struggles I had early on in the C25K course.

For anyone beginning their journey I would like to say trust the course program. Don’t push yourself to go too fast and don’t give up. You will be amazed where you end up at the end. It’s completely worth it.
